Is A Better Libertarian Quiz Needed?

" 'I will forgive you if you meet my needs, for in your slavery is my release.' Say this to anyone and you are slave. And you will seek to rid yourself of guilt in further bargains which can give no hope, but only greater pain and misery."
~ Jesus Christ

The fundamental question of political philosophy is: how much slavery are you willing to live with?

If you are willing to fight battles over who pretends to be "master" and who appears to be "slave," then it doesn't matter whether you call yourself liberal, conservative, moderate, authoritarian, or libertarian ... for in any case you are willing to enslave yourself by holding fixed ideas as to what is right and what is wrong for yourself, and others.

The only freedom, the only non-slave state of being, is a totally open mind which listens inside and says: "Here is what my spirit (Christians, read: Holy Spirit) is guiding for ME. I have no idea what the spirit in others is guiding for THEM.&qu…

Ron Paul Strategy for Genuine Republican Party

"We have learned that behavior is not the level for either teaching or learning. This must be so, because you can act in accordance with what you do not believe. But this will weaken you as teachers and learners because, as has been repeatedly emphasized, you teach what you do believe. An inconsistent lesson will be poorly taught and poorly learned."

And yet the Republican Party is crucial to saving the U.S. Constitution and republican government. So what is Ron Paul to do if McCain becomes the nominee?

A strategy must be put into place which 1) saves the Republican Party from itself, and 2) creates a consistent and integrated Republican Party for the future.

McCain Always Gets Shot Down; Republican Party Will Have Ron Paul & Romney

"Your past learning must have taught you the wrong things, simply because it has not made you happy. On this basis alone, its value should be questioned. If learning aims at change, and that is always its purpose, are you satisfied with the changes yours has brought you? Dissatisfaction with the learning outcome must be a sign of learning failure, because it means that you did not get what you want."

The 2008 election cycle is fascinating to watch because everyone agrees it is about change, but with the possible exception of Ron Paul and Mitt Romney nobody seems to understand that change depends on learning something very different from what has been learned in the past.

Hillary Clinton's idea of change is to take over power from George Bush and institute a continuation of the former Clinton administration of the 1990s, only this time with Democrats in control of Congress so programs can be passed which work toward perpetuating Democratic Party rulersh…
